• Care Coordination: Overseeing the care of ICU patients and coordinating services from various specialists. 
• Procedures: Performing critical procedures such as intubations, central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes, thoracentesis, paracentesis, ultrasound, etc. 
• Life Support: Providing life support, resuscitation, and end-of-life counseling.
